The tallness of the hat focus the brainwaves of the wearer upward like a cannon, [[Blast radius|blasting their thoughts]] directly into the stars for clears communion with [[The Crystal]].

This piece of Regalia was designed to channel energy transfers and read aurac signatures on [[Survey Flags]]. It is the first instance of the FLAG plaid pattern that has not led every viewer to immediate [[FLAG Madness]]. The Captain wears this Coat to important survey ventures and meetings, and it collects runes which assists in creating stronger energy transfers over time.

Created out of thin air by a condensation of ethereal [[hyperreal hyperreality]] into solid [[Reality|real reality]] by the sheer zeitgeist of the moment, the Vexillosaint's Robe grants its bearer unrestrained and direct mental access to the [[Vexillians|vexillian]] section of the Akashic records. Now able to perceive and manipulate [[Truth]] directly, every word the [[vexillosaint]] speaks bends reality in such a fashion as to make those words true, making the speaker unable to speak falsehoods. While this would seem to grant the bearer unlimited power, it also humbles them in such a fashion as to guarantee that the wearer will not abuse this power.
