	The Institute for Advanced Levels was a precursor to the founding of [[Mega Harvard]], and today exists as a department of Mega Harvard. The founding ritual was executed at [[Alchemy]] in 2015, widely known as "Alchemud" or "Alchemuddy", which happened to be the same event that [[Survey Flags]] were also rotated into existence.
