The Last Year is the end of currently known time, having happened at some point in the future, at least 500 years after GC.

It is difficult to know what happens after Last Year, since it either has not happened yet, cannot happen, or is happening at all times. It is also possible that time after the Last Year is happening but nobody cares enough to respond or everyone agrees that we should not be allowed to know what happens next, perhaps as a prank or to purposefully confuse us. Regardless of the reason, all attempts to communicate with times after the Last Year have received no response.

Due to its mental and chronological significance, many events have been scheduled for the Last Year. KVVC has repeatedly urged people not to schedule events in -1, saying that it is too full, but this strategy has only lead to increasingly frantic scheduling with the fear that -1 will run out of time and space.
