Flagistan is the country created in the semiotic blast radius of the perfect configuration of Flags, somehow conforming to every conflicting requirement outlined in the vexillomantic holy texts simultaneously.

In its most popular conception, Flagistan consists of Flag pentagrams tiled across a hyperbolic plane (you cannot tile a Euclidean plane or spherical surface with pentagons). At the midpoint between every two Flags is an implied Flag. At the midpoint between any two implied Flags is a second-order implied Flag, and so forth. At the center of the pentagram is an infinite-order implied Flag, also known as a crystal.

Thus, a (5,5) pentagonal tiling of Flags on a hyperbolic plane has a dual (5,5) pentagonal tiling of Crystals such that each Crystal is an infinite-order implied Flag, and each Flag is an infinite-order implied Crystal. The Flags and Crystals therefore sustain one another, creating a perfect and eternal, immovable Flagistan, who's complete lack of movement demarcates high-dimensional ley facets in Flagellian configuration space along which Flags move inexorably towards the omega configuration, as surely as the fundamental forces of physics obeys Noether's theorem in the universal mind.

In 2017, Dr. Beef Supreme constructed the Geomantic Command Center to illustrate the concept of Flagistan to hopelessly lost and confused hippies. It would be many moons before anybody understood this hypermeme.
