The Lord of the God-Kings is the most powerful being, deity or otherwise. Despite what the name sounds like, it is actually an elected position inside the universal mind, but the elections were rigged aeons ago and the current Lord maintains powers mostly through gerrymandering qualia, ignorance about the election, and apathy among voters (all sentient beings). But not even the Lord of the God-Kings is above the Flags.^{[Citation needed]}

The divine voice of the Lord of the God-Kings is described as the sound of an airhorn, insomuch that the airhorn sound is the Lord of the God-Kings making itself known to us. During elections, candidates demonstrate their loudness for the position.
